Keyhole Pendant – A Lost & Found Treasure

Hand-sculpted in precious metal clay more than 20 years ago, this piece was one of my first creations—and one I instantly loved. Then, it vanished. Tucked away in a box, it slipped from sight for years, only to reappear one day like a long-lost treasure waiting to be rediscovered. [The (even longer) long story in the Blog Post.]
The universe has a sense of humor. I always imagined this pendant as something you'd find washed up on the beach, or under a leaf in the woods. Something mysterious and lucky that looks like its 10x older than it really is. The Keyhole's real-life disappearance and reappearance brought that vision to life, with poetic timing and synchronicity.
Of course I immediately made a mold and began casting, to guarantee she's shining her reminder for years to come. Now cast in silver and 14k gold plate, the Nice Keyhole Pendant is a wearable reminder that we hold both the key and the lock, to numerous unseen opportunities hidden right before our eyes.
